Beyond Our Years
Upon reflection on our 60 years in operation, we sought to create an exhibit that celebrates the immortality of the practice of craft.
The phenomenon of craft reaches beyond time. It is grounded by its practice and by the tradition of makers more so than by fleeting and predictable aesthetic trends. Beyond Our Years is a celebration of the defiance to adhere to strict and narrow structures of lineality that is essential to the practice of craft.
